Built On Compliance

History

Formed in 2018 as Ladrillos Projects Ltd. a mechanical and electrical contracting business. The first year was about establishing the foundations of the new business, building a small pot of working capital and establishing the brand.

Ladrillos Facilities Ltd took its new name in December 2018 and was relaunched as a facilities business with its primary purpose being a provider of the compliance and maintenance of buildings.

Ladrillos Facilities Ltd will continue to provide a wide range of mechanical and electrical services including plumbing, heating, electrical, fire alarms, emergency lighting, lightning protection and many other services. We will provide planned and reactive maintenance, repairs, refurbishment and project works covering every facet of mechanical and electrical building services.

It is our intention to build a strong brand based on excellence of service and the provision of high-quality inspection, testing, maintenance and repair to its customers properties.

Ladrillos Facilities are aiming to gain recognition to ISO9001:2015 by employing a quality management system (QMS) standard which meets the required criteria to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements

With simPRO’s latest IoT solution it’s now possible to automate and trigger field service activity alerts in real-time to manage predictive maintenance.
