Following the success on Plots 1-3, we are delighted to be starting the first fix electrical at Plot 4, Dawson Drive, Hextable working with Blackthorn Homes Limited.
Blackthorn Homes is a privately-owned property development and construction company serving Surrey and surrounding areas.
First fix electrics refers to the very first installation (or replacement in redevelopments) of cables, circuits and wiring in a building, before the structure is plastered and ready for decoration.
This contract has been awarded following our successful work on plots 1, 2 and 3 on Dawson Drive.
